Jian Wu, 2025 Cameron-Hall Copper Medal

As the lead author of the most outstanding scientific publication in volume 24 of our journal Geochemistry: Exploration, Environment, Analysis in 2024 for the paper entitled: “Enhanced Enrichment of Rare Earth Elements During Pedogenesis Under Subtropical Climate” by Jian Wu, Zheng Gong, Qian Jin, Maochao Zhang, and Chengmin Huang (https://doi.org/10.1144/geochem2024-024).

This important paper enhances our understanding of the geochemical behaviour of rare earth elements in soils formed from diverse parent rocks under varying climatic conditions.
